
I am offering a course on Sports Nutrition for runners!
It doesn’t matter if you are a novice runner training for your first half marathon/marathon, or more experienced and tackling an ultra distance trail race, this course is for you!
Here are just a few of the many benefits of proper nutrition and hydration before, during and after training and racing:
- Provides your body with energy to prevent “hitting the wall”
- Reduces muscle soreness the next day
- Increases your energy levels so you aren’t feeling exhausted all the time

You will learn all of this. I will teach you how to fuel your way to the finish! This is a hands on, live, virtual course with downloadable worksheets so you will learn how to fuel YOUR body YOUR way!
It is a 12 week course that will start the week of July 5 and finish the week of October 4, just in time for the fall racing season.
Most of the course will be conducted over the private Facebook page I have set up for those participating. Via the Facebook page there will be:
- Live Facebook classes once a week, in the evening;
- Communication, support and motivation through the group setting
- Worksheets and handouts relevant to the weeks’ topic available for download
